As the pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry has not yet completely changed the critical moment of extensive economic growth mode in China, industrialization is the development trend of the construction industry. As one of the structural forms of assembly architecture, the assembled light wood structure has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, good seismic performance, standardization of design, production and assembly, and integration of decoration and so on.It has been popularized by the state Council. The wood matrix composites structure based on fiber-enhanced cladding, refers to the new type of assembled lightweight wood structure, which use the fiberglass combined with the cementitious material to form a completely closed covering layer on the surface of the prefabricated components, such as floor, wall, and truss. In this paper, the seismic performance of fiber-reinforced cladding wood-based wallboard as the main anti-lateral force component of this structure is studied. The tests provide part of the test basis for the application of fiber-reinforced cladding wood-based low-rise residential buildings. The main works and results are as follows:(1)According to an existing 3-story fiber-reinforced cladding wood-based residential building,The design of wood walls with glass fiber-enhanced cladding and the design of specimen were completed, including specimens with and without studs, the test loading scheme is determined, including monotonic loading test and cyclic loading test.Cyclic loading test includes no axial force test and axial force test.(2)Monotonic loading tests of wood walls with glass fiber-enhanced cladding were completed. The test results indicate that all specimens fail in bending mode, the vertical cracks appear on the combination of frame and wood wall,or the combination of studs and wood wall, and the vertical cracks appear on the side of the studs. The peak bearing capacity of the specimens are greater than 80 kN.(3)Cyclic loading tests of wood walls with glass fiber-enhanced cladding were carried out.The results show that the specimens without axial force fail in bending mode, the specimens with axial force fail in compression-bending mode.Horizontal cracks and slanting cracks appear at the bottom of the walls, the vertical cracks appear in the combination of the frame and wood wall or the combination of studs and wood wall, and lots of vertical cracks appear on the studs. The cracks appear earlier and more cracks appear on the wood walls with axial force.Except NQB1-2-(1),the peak load-bearing capacity of the specimens are greater than 80 kN.The bearing capacity of the specimens with axial force is slightly higher than the specimens without axial force.(4)Calculations of a three-story fiber-reinforced cladding wood-based fabricated residential building under minor earthquakes were completed. The results show that the seismic capacity of 3-story fiber-reinforced cladding wood-based residential buildings with 8 degrees of seismic fortification meets the specification requirements.
