| This research starts with weightlifting training to study the problem of muscle fatigue in weightlifting training.It combines intelligent hardware technology with wearable product design,including product design,circuit design and APP software design.Based on the related methods of industrial design engineering,from the existing problems in the design of weightlifting and wearable products and the present situation at home and abroad,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of industry development by means of literature retrieval,interviewing related people and expert consultation.On the one hand,using human body surface muscle teletype Technology(sEMG)to study weightlifting training muscles In order to provide a scientific basis for muscle protection,the experimental method of fatigue and the index of muscle fatigue analysis are used to explore the laws between surface electromyography and weightlifting training muscle damage.On the one hand,from the perspective of intelligent hardware,the possibility of combining intelligent hardware with muscle monitoring is studied.Through the comprehensive analysis of three aspects of muscle activity,muscle physiological data and weight training planning during the training process of weightlifting,the causes of the formation of muscle damage and injury pathology in weightlifting training are clearly defined and the design is made in three aspects.After completing the data collection of the weight training process and training,the data collected will be visualized to make the users more intuitive to understand the fatigue state of their muscles.Combining the two aspects of sports science and design,a feasible plan is put forward,through which the communication between users and products can be realized through intelligent hardware.This research includes three research achievements,including wearable structure,EMG signal acquisition,analysis,automatic tightness adjustment,intelligent hardware technology,real-time display data of Android mobile phone and APP programming design of generating training plan.In the process of lifting weight training,people can more accurately understand their own muscle state,effectively reduce the probability of weight training and muscle injury,promote the long-term sustainability of weightlifting training,promote the promotion of weightlifting in the whole people,and make more people healthy. |
