The fitness method based on bicycle sports is getting more and more popular.In order to improve and ensure the fitness effect,people should carry out a reasonable and scientific movement that to achieve a certain amount of exercise within a certain range of exercise intensity.A monitoring system for bicycle exercise is designed in this paper.It represents the intensity and amount of exercise by combining heart rate,oxygen saturation and energy consumption,and guides people's scientific exercise in real time.The main contributions of this thesis are shown as follows:1.Design a wearable glove.It acquires human pulse wave signal in real time based on transmission detection,includes transmission probe,STM32L151 microprocessor,HC-8 Bluetooth module,center axis torque sensor and corresponding circuit.2.A calculation method of heart rate and oxygen saturation against exercise interference was designed.The mutation point is removed by contrast and mean substitution,the high frequency interference is removed by FIR low-pass filter,the baseline drift is removed by morphological filter,and the feasibility of the algorithm is determined by MATLAB simulation analysis.It lays a foundation for the accurate extraction of the upper and lower extreme points of pulse wave signal,and calculates the heart rate and oxygen saturation accurately by using the method of anti-motion interference calculation.3.A bicycle movement energy consumption model based on torque and human parameters is designed.After analyzing the existing calculation methods of exercise energy consumption,a model of energy consumption related to human parameters such as heart rate,height,weight and age is designed.The regression coefficient of the model was determined by the data collected from 11 volunteers and the least square method,and the regression analysis is carried out.4.Verification experiment based on professional cycling platform design.After wearing gloves and professional heart rate chest band,5 subjects completed the experiment on TACX professional platform.Compared with the data of the glove and heart rate chest band,the heart rate error obtained by the glove was less than 5%.On the premise of obtaining heart rate accurately,the energy consumption data calculated by the model and platform energy consumption data are compared,and the difference between them is found to be less than 2 %,which indicates that the system has certain practical value.The monitoring system studied in this paper realizes the monitoring of human health during bicycle exercise,which can easily and accurately reflect the intensity and amount of human movement,and provide technical support for scientific sports.
