The silicon single crystal furnace plays an important role,in the whole solar photovoltaic industry chain,as the key equipment for the preparation of solar cell materials.Most of the original MCZ-6000 series single crystal furnaces of the company are semi-automatic,and the degree of automation is not high.The production efficiency and the quality of silicon single crystals largely depend on the operator's experience and technical level.As the market competition and demand changes,single crystal furnace with high level of automation and stable operation will become the mainstream.The MCZ-6000 KC silicon crystal furnace discussed in this article is a fully automated silicon monocrystalline production system.It is based on the MCZ-6000 series,and developed high-performance crystal growing furnace for the solar photovoltaic market demand.This article first introduced the status and development of silicon single crystal furnace.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the overall functional requirements of the MCZ-6000 KC silicon single crystal furnace,make a mechanical overall scheme.Than the three-dimensional modeling of the crucible lifting system is completed,and the detailed design and calculation of the upper and lower transmission mechanisms are carried out.In order to ensure the stability growth of crystal,the design of the upper and lower transmission control system uses a soft PLC solution based on PC and Ether CAT bus technology.Solve the upper and lower transmission speed system to meet both the slow precision and the high-speed rapid rise and fall problems.At the same time,using the Modbus RTU achieve data exchanges between PC and temperature control system.Modularization design is adopted in the design of control software and easy to explant and reusable for software.Running tests show that after the transformation,the single crystal furnace not only improve the level of automation,but also enhance the performance of the product,enhancing the market competitiveness.
