Design And Development Of SUV Automotive Rear LAMP

With the development of the automobile industry,the popularization of design technology and the reduction of the cost,the automobile has gradually entered into thousands of households.Consumer demand for cars continues to increase,and requires personalized,differentiated,greatly promoting the car styling and appearance of innovation and development.As the most important parts of the car appearance,the lamp is not only the decorative function,but also the important role of lighting and auxiliary driving.It is also an important component to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians.In order to adapt to the high-speed replacement of domestic and foreign car lamp technology,this paper studies the design of a car taillight of an independent brand SUV,and achieved the following results:First,the lamp styling feasibility of engineering analysis,according to the ligisilation of the position,color,light emitting area is checked according to the existing technical and cost for the development of the program,ensure the lamp can not only meet the regulatory requirements,project production,but also to maximize the expression of other intentions,to both art and engineering.Second,study on the internal structure of the light bulb,respectively and LED as the two common source are designed in detail,including the LED optical structure is the development trend of the taillights are analyzed in detail,so the optical principle,and how to effectively use the pattern to achieve uniform illumination.We also use computer software to calculate the design scheme which accord with these two ways of light distribution,and achieve good lighting visual effect.Third,according to the 3D model designed by the structure,the simulation experiments are carried out,including the light distribution simulation,thermal analysis and random vibration,and the rationality of the design is verified.The rapid prototyping parts were fabricated to verify the assembly of the parts.After lighting,the design expectation was also satisfied.The research of this subject lays the foundation for the process design of lamps and lanterns,can play the role of accumulating technical talents and experience for the lighting industry;also from the design point of view,discusses the design level of the domestic auto light,and also has certain effect on accelerating catching up with the advanced international technology.
