| The application of LED has led to an ultimate revolution in illumination field. Whetherthe LED street lamp is prior to the traditional one becomes to be the focus of researchers, so acorrect method about how to measure the luminous intensity distribution becomes more andmore important. This work focuses on how to design the measurement data processingmethod and the goniophotometer rotary table control structure with the method of simulation,designing and experiment.First, the principle of luminary photometric measurement is introduced, based on which,the difference and relationship between two types of goniophotometer is analyzed. Thenmathematic model of street lamp photometry measurement model was built. Based on which,the comparison of street lamp measurement method standard at home and abroad is made.Operation steps and requirements are introduced. The data processing procedure of traditionalstreet lamp is analyzed, and calculation method of luminous intensity distribution and totalflux is confirmed.Second, the comparison of traditional street lamp and LED street lamp is made. Resultsshow that it is not proper to apply traditional photometry measurement method on LED streetlamp measurement. In order to figure out how to correct the error, relationship between errorand LED street lamp photometry measurement result is analyzed. To examine thepracticability of this error correction method, data processing software is developed and isdemonstrated on several LED street lamps experimently.In order to increase the rotation speed and to grantee the rotation accuracy of thegoniophotometer rotary table, a new control system of goniophotometer rotary table isdesigned. This system use ARM9embedded CPU as the core component, PC as the userinterface, servo motor as the driver of the two axis. The measurement result shows that thehigher rotation accuracy of motors is realized. |
