With the rapid development of tianjin power grid,the substation automation system provides a strong support for the safe operation and commercial operation of the power grid.However,due to the long running time of some substations,the automation system is very old and the faults are frequent.Current automation system maintenance personnel on the system is the determination of the cause of the problem and the source dependent on personal working experience,to make the repair work has a great deal of subjective dependencies,if the fault processing by others,often there will be a hindrance,these are for reliability and stability of power grid operation.Due to the complexity of tianjin power grid,once the automated monitoring system failure,a total secondary equipment is in full without monitoring running state,it is very safe for the whole tianjin power grid.For the above reasons,it is of great significance to improve the maintenance quality of automatic monitoring system.In view of the above situation,this article embarks from the actual fault statistics,building tianjin grid substation automation system failure handling strategies of knowledge database,using the processing of maintenance work experience,on this basis,the rules and reasoning strategy is improved,the production rule uncertainty and uncertainty reasoning control strategy,the introduction of credibility,activation threshold,rules,uncertainty parameters,such as intensity,improve the accuracy of fault judgement.The reliability parameters are also introduced in the description of the fault phenomena and the diagnosis conclusion,so that the results of the fault determination of the database system of the knowledge database are closer to the actual situation.In this way,the maintenance personnel can find the best matching solution in the problem of equipment failure,and get proposal to solve the problem.By part of substation fault handling in the practical application proves that the knowledge database of the substation automation system equipment daily operation of all kinds of fault analysis and diagnosis decision,reduce the fault processing time delays that may occur,has a good application value.
