In traditional high voltage overhead transmission line design method,all professional design teams exist in the form of information silos,which makes it difficult to solve design conflicts.In recent years,the concept of coordinated design has solved the problem of data consistency,but the conflict resolution mechanism is held by designers discuss ways,even quarrel.In this paper,we developed a 3D digital collaborative design software for high voltage overhead transmission line with multi-disciplines and put forward a new design idea of three-dimensional digital collaborative development platform for transmission line.Based on Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)and Extensible Markup Language(XML),to access the collaborative development platform of high voltage overhead transmission lines with Web Services,and to realize the technical idea of data sharing and exchange.At the same time,through the digital modeling technology and geographic imaging technology to achieve a two-dimensional design to threedimensional changing,building content-rich,highly operable three-dimensional digital transmission line design features modules.Explore the overall design software platform,including the overall structure of the framework,software development environment and language,a series of key technologies.This paper adopts an innovative technology to solve the problems of traditional design and realizes the online sharing of all designers in real time.It makes the design achievements of different professions and designers seamlessly connected in real time.It realizes the overall work layout fine,coordination and cooperation,Dimensional design to the transformation of three-dimensional design,the design process and the results of the lifelike image;shorten the design cycle at the same time,effectively improve the design quality,optimize the design process,standardize design rights and responsibilities,and improve production efficiency.The research results are used to the design of actual transmission line project and achieved good results,reaching the design goal.
