Wet steam is an important fluid medium in the energy field,which belongs to the two phase flow of vapor liquid,which is affected by complex steam properties and discrete droplet,and has been a difficult point in industrial measurement.In the field of wet steam measurement,vortex flowmeter and V-cone flowmeter are widely used and good measure effect.With the rapid development of modern industrial production,the demand for measurement has become more and more high,and the single measurement method has been unable to meet the requirement for the accurate measurement of multi-parameters of complex measurement objects.Based on the wet steam measurement method of vortex street and V-cone,this paper studies the wet steam flow of horizontal pipe and completes the following works:1?Explore the characteristics of the wet steam the difficulty in the analysis of the measurement process,identified the vortex street and V taper combined instrument of wet steam metering feature as the research content,through the theoretical and empirical analysis of the size of the flow meter structure was designed and combinations.2?Wall function processing and turbulence model selection,through five kinds of common flat plate flow simulation of turbulence model,and the length of recirculation region comparison,determine the SST k-omega flow model is the most close to the actual situation,can be used as the subsequent simulation of turbulent model,improve the reliability of numerical simulation.3?Vortex street and V-cone simulation model is established respectively,and the conclusion and the related literature and industrial field,comparing the experimental data and simulation results have the same change rule,to determine the feasibility of the simulation model and simulation scheme,to ensure that the results of simulation credibility.4?The simulation data of vortex street and V-cone of wet steam measurement features detailed research,puts forward corresponding dimensionless parameter as a measure,explores the dimensionless parameters on the vortex strouhal number and V-cone the influence law of outflow coefficient,and analyzes the mechanism.
