With the increase of the information level of district heating network,a large amount of operation data is collected and stored,which is helpful to the safety management and economic operation of the system.Data quality is the premise of data mining.Massive operation data of central heating network often have quality problems such as measurement error,which brings great obstacles to the effective use of these data and is not conducive to the economic operation of district heating network.So the quality of the data need to be improved.In this paper,the method of calculating the data quality of the heating network is studied,which is helpful to optimize the operation of the heating network.This paper proposes a method of the state estimation of heating network.The redundancy of monitoring data is used to eliminate data errors and improve the data quality.Firstly,based on the conservation of quality and the conservation of heat,the heating network model is established by using the method of graph theory.Based on the mathematical model of heating network,considering the time delay effect of supply and return water temperature,this paper adopts the state estimation method based on operation data redundancy of heating network to improve the data quality,and proposes a simplified calculation method.And then verify the feasibility of the state estimation.The Monte Carlo simulation experiment is used to evaluate the effect of data quality improvement.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the data deviation of the experiment.The Monte Carlo simulation results show that the Monte Carlo statistic is 0.6530.The verification of the state estimation simplification method shows that the overall state estimation accuracy is reduced by 2.255%,but the time is saved 65.9%.It is proved that the simplified calculation method can effectively improve the speed of state estimation and has little effect on the precision.Finally,this paper uses this method to improve the actual operation data quality of a district heating network in Tianjin,which has achieved good results.The case study of the actual heating network data shows that the original data can not meet the conservation of quality and energy,and there is a deviation in the thermal model and the hydraulic model.After the state estimation,the temperature of the heat transfer station and the manifold are corrected,and the data can meet the mathematical model of the heating network,which proves that the method can effectively improve the quality of the operation data of district heating network.
