Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Operational Quality Of State Grid Y Company

According to the overall deployment of the State Grid Corporation of China to accelerate the "two transformations",create a "world-class power grid,world-class enterprise" vision for development,and realize the "one strong and three excellent" modern company's strategic goals,Y Company proposes to use advanced international companies as benchmarks.The operation quality analysis and evaluation work accelerates the development goals of "two first-rate"vanguards.The evaluation of operational quality analysis helps the State Grid Corporation of Y Company to pay more attention to the development of the company and enhance its operating performance from a strategic perspective and a comprehensive perspective.It helps the company to stand at a higher starting point and "make up for,prepare for and create excellence".Improving the overall strength and competitiveness of the company in an all-round way is of great significance for speeding up the construction of a strong,modern,and excellent company.Under this background,this paper constructs an operational quality analysis system from the five dimensions of investment and construction,power grid operation,power supply development,operation management and quality service.Through expert consultation methods and other methods,several specific indicators in the five dimensions are determined.The method of analysis carried out a comparative study of several subsidiaries within Y Company and provided an optimization strategy for the horizontal and vertical comparison of different indicators.The main contents and innovations of this study are as follows:First,the data in different systems of Y company was merged,and relevant indicator data information was obtained from the published annual report,sustainability report,social responsibility report,research literature,industry supervision report,and website public information.Secondly,based on the different concerns of various departments of the power grid,while collectively analyzing the relevant data of operational quality,the leaders and experts of the professional groups of various departments are also using the self-developed IODMS system for evaluation of operational quality,which is evaluated using expert analysis.Thirdly,we select the operational quality of State Grid Company Y to conduct empirical analysis,operate a stakeholder theory from a combination of internal and external operations,compare horizontal and vertical indicators,and quantitatively analyze various types of disparities and provide relevant optimization strategies.
