In aircraft assembly,automatic drilling and riveting system is rapidly popularized in the field of aircraft components assembly because of its high efficiency and precision.In order to ensure the safety of automatic drilling and riveting system in actual processing,and enhance the programming performance of NC machining for aircraft components automatic drilling and riveting,machining task simulation and post processing are becoming the research focus.Based on the actual demand of automatic drilling and riveting system,the simulation and post processing of machining tasks were studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the equipment of automatic drilling and riveting system,the working process of automatic drilling and riveting is introduced,and the demand for automatic drilling and riveting system is analyzed,the overall scheme of simulation and post processing for automatic drilling and riveting system is put forward.(2)The machining simulation environment is established,and the kinematics definition of the machining equipment is completed,and the simulation task is automatically established.For the interference problem in the simulation,the concept of potential field is introduced into the obstacle avoidance trajectory,and the automatic obstacle avoidance trajectory generation technology based on artificial potential field method is implemented,and the effectiveness of the technology is verified by an example.(3)Combined with NC machining programming technology,NC code standards for automatic drilling and riveting system of aircraft components is developed.The way of traversing the point information of structural tree is adopted to complete the development of customized post processing program,and realize the compilation and output of processing code.(4)The application examples of NC machine and automatic drilling and riveting system for industrial robots are introduced.The simulation of machining task and post processing is verified in the application examples,which can finish machining simulation analysis,and complete the generation of NC code.
