Automatic Drilling Riveting Bracket Deformation Analysis And Processing Method

Automatic drilling & riveting technology is one of the newly developing technologies under the requirements of the automatic assembling of the aviation manufacturing industry. It has been widely applied in the automatic assembling of aircraft skin. Aiming at the problems existing in automatic drilling & riveting process, this thesis analysis the deformation of the automatic drilling & riveting positioner with theoretical analysis and FEM simulation. Based on the above, it researched the deformation compensation of the positioner. As a result, the quality and the efficiency of products have been improved greatly.The main researches of this paper are as the follows:1. Analyzed the structure of bracket, the automatic identification methods of equipment and the process of automatic drilling & riveting; introduced leveling process of workpiece and the formation of bracket turning angle in detail; processed deformation measurement data of the frame, the positioner without installing workpiece and the positioner with installing workpiece, furthermore, comparison and analysis the data which has been processed; Analysis the test results of automatic drilling & riveting, summed up the error distributing law and the reason for the error.2. Analysis the deformation of the bracket and frame using theoretical analysis and finite element simulation; based on the above, tectonic the deformation formula of the frame and bracket with Lagrange interpolation method.3. Research deformation compensation of bracket, and put forward deformation compensation method; improved the automatic drilling & riveting test using this method, analysis the test results after improved.4. Establish the database of automatic drilling & riveting, and thus realize realize automatic statistics, data analysis and optimization of the large amount of data.
