The measurement aided assembly technology is an important part of the aircraft digital assembly technology.In the measurement aided assembly technology,the high precision measurement auxiliary technology is the guarantee of the high quality of the aircraft docking assembly.In this paper,a measuring method based on machine vision is used in order to meet the requirements for the measurement of the forked wing body docking aircraft in the outfield assembly.At present,vision measurement has many applications in the field of spacecraft docking,and the technology is relatively mature,which provides a reference for the measurement aided technology in aircraft assembly.In this paper,based on the measurement requirement of the wing body docking fork-ear hole,taking the docking fork-ear hole as the studied object,the vision measurement system of the fork-ear hole is constructed,the measurement model is established,and the ellipse detection related technology involved in the vision measurement system is studied,an ellipse detection algorithm based on least squares is designed,and the correlative measurement accuracy experiment is carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The composition of the vision measurement system oriented to fork ear is studied.In the process of building the visual measurement system,the appropriate hardware device were analyzed and selected,and the software processing system corresponding to the measuring system is designed.2)The ellipse detection algorithm is studied.In this paper,the traditional ellipse detection algorithm is analyzed,and an arc-combination ellipse detection algorithm based on least squares is proposed,and the detailed explanation and the correlation algorithm verification are given.3)Relevant experimental tests were carried out.For the measured objects of wing body docking fork ears,the relative amount of visual measurement accuracy experiment and holes repeated positioning accuracy experiment are carried out.
