The front and middle parts of the fuselage of a certain type of aircraft are the process separation surface,which requires high quality and precision of butt joint,is difficult to process,and the assembly cycle is limited.However,due to the limitation of the original assembly platform tooling and analog quantity transfer mode,there are many problems in the original assembly platform,such as low production efficiency and repeated adjustment in the production process.Moreover,in the face of this large-scale fuselage component docking assembly,the traditional measurement method can not overcome the contradiction between the large measurement range and the low measurement accuracy,so as to realize the accurate collection of the assembly element information of aircraft components real time acquisition and dynamic feedback of assembly process state information.In this context,this paper takes the docking and assembly requirements of a certain aircraft fuselage segment as the core,deeply analyzes and studies the key technologies such as attitude adjustment docking positioning,digital measurement,process integration management and assembly virtual simulation,and finally designs a global docking and assembly system based on multi-source heterogeneous integration measurement.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the structural composition,process characteristics of the fuselage section of a certain type of aircraft,as well as the connection form and assembly process mode of the butt joint,the process demand analysis is carried out to determine the digital assembly process design scheme and process flow;2.Based on the research of three-dimensional coordinate transformation method,a unified laser tracker and IGPS coordinate system are constructed,and two layout schemes of collaborative application of digital measurement system are designed;3.The multi task measurement software platform technology and its secondary application development technology supported by measurement control field are studied.The overall design and functional module design of digital measurement and data analysis system are carried out to realize the structural management of multi-source heterogeneous measurement data and guide the assembly process of aircraft components scientifically;4.Through the feasibility verification test,the performance test of the fuselage section docking assembly system based on multi-source measurement is carried out.Through the verification,the system realizes the integration of digital process equipment.Through the field measurement data collection and analysis,the driving control equipment compensates for the attitude adjustment,positioning and closed-loop control.On the premise of ensuring high precision,it effectively improves the level measurement efficiency of aircraft component assembly,and achieves the research goal of the subject.
