In the past year, the traffic volume of civil aviation in China has been steadily increasing, and the economic development is expected to bring civil aviation into the era of popular consumption. The rapid development of civil aviation transportation brings not only great economic benefits, but also new pressure to air traffic and airport management. The operating pressure of hub airports is getting bigger and bigger.Airport congestion is becoming more and more serious, especially in the case of high peak hours and large area delays. The key to solving the bottleneck of the airport operation has become optimizing the allocation of resources to optimize the scene, including runway, taxiway, gate, and improving the operation efficiency of the scene.First of all,the operation status of airport surface aircraft is briefly introduced. The factors that influence the operation of airport scene are summarized and analyzed.According to the results of the analysis of airport surface operation, considering the relationship between runway, taxiway and gate, models based on runway sequencing problem, runway routing problem and gate assignmentproblem are established.Based on the angle of airport surface resource collaborative scheduling, the airport surface resources are organized to establish the joint scheduling model of airport surface resources,so as to improve the operation efficiency and economic benefits of airport scenes. The joint scheduling model of airport scene is summarized, and the NSGA-? algorithm is used to optimize the multi-objective model.Simulation and verification based on the actual operation data of a hub airport in east China is finished. The simulation results show that the model can better reflect the operation process of airport scenes, and the algorithm can get better results and provide decision support for joint dispatching of airport scenes.
