Aircraft ground traction is an essential stage in the process of aircraft operation and maintenance.In the process of operation,human,environment and other factors often lead to unsafe events and even accidents,resulting in equipment damage,flight delays and other consequences.Although the degree of its harm is lower than the flight process,the civil aviation authorities also attach great importance to it,because of its frequent occurrence and wide coverage.In this paper,the ground traction safety of aircraft is studied through modeling and simulation.The main contents of this paper which are as follows:1.Based on the force analysis of the model,longitudinal straight line driving and two degree of freedom turn in tractor dragging aircraft are analyzed theoretically;Taking Boeing 737-800 aircraft as the research object and collecting the data needed for modeling,we build a dynamics model of aircraft traction,tractor pushing and dragging aircraft,which are based on the Adams/View module.2.Calculating the maximum load of the shear pin and the lower resistance arm of the aircraft landing gear,and the paper analyzes the cause of the fracture of the lower resistance arm.Based on the established model of aircraft traction,tractor pushing and dragging aircraft,paper has analyzed the load of the traction in simulation under different condition.For example,the load curves of the lower resistance arm and the hinge joint of the drawbar and the landing gear when aircraft being pushing and dragging through the pit at same speeds are compared and analyzed.3.Simulation based on Adams and Matlab,a closed loop system of tractor dragging aircraft is established,and a tractor driver model is introduced to analyze the influence of driver characteristics on aircraft ground traction safety.The conclusions obtained in this paper can provide reference value for aircraft traction on the ground,and further ensure the safety of aircraft ground traction.Through the methods used in this paper,we can analyze the load simulation of different aircraft under different conditions.Based on the closed loop aircraft traction model,it provides reference for the future intelligent aircraft traction.
