Ice growth on aircraft is a serious threat to the safety of flight.It's not rare to see the accident caused by icing.In order to ensure flight safety,most aircraft have designed and equipped with icing protection system.With the advantages of high reliability,light weight and easy to realize automatic control,the electrical anti-icing system is one of the most commonly used anti-icing technologies on aircraft at present.In order to promote the development of our country's aviation industry and meet the design demand of domestic aircraft icing protection system,it is necessary to carry out the analysis of the electrical anti-icing system,and it is of great significance for the optimization design of aircraft airworthiness certification and guidance of the electrical anti-icing system.A brief introduction about aircraft icing and electrical anti-icing and de-icing system was given firstly.The next is about water droplet impingement characteristics of the airfoil and discussing the method of calculation about 2D and 3D airfoil.The water droplet impingement characteristics of 3D model is achieved by Eluer and UDF of Fluent and compared under different working conditions and it provide input conditions for skin external heat of electrical anti-icing system.The next is about calculating the local heat transfer coefficient with integral boundary layer method considering the effect of surface roughness.Introducing the cause of surface roughness and discussing the method of calculation about local heat transfer coefficient under laminar or turbulent flow,which is conducive to improve the calculation accuracy of solving icing model.Lastly,the calculation method of heat flux on the outer surface is introduced at first and establishing the one dimensional coupled heat transfer model based on it and deducing it to two dimensional coupled heat transfer model.The enthalpy method is used to simplify the model and two-dimensional coupled heat transfer model-Messinger model is deduced.Finally,by using the method of coupled heat transfer in this paper,calculating of electrical anti-icing system of the surface temperature and the runback water distribution,and taking a further analyze about heat flux distribution and icing outside the heating area.
