In this paper,we mainly explore the flight cycle analysis,the anti-icing air pipeline,the general method of aircraft anti-icing and the integrated sys-tem.The phenomenon and the essence of aircraft anti-icing are studied.The common measures and principles of anti-icing are analyzed in detail.The flight cycle analysis is combined with the surface flow and heat transfer model of the engine blade under iced condition.The surface temperature,wet bulb temperature,heat need and heat supply of the flight point can also be obtained by the flight cycle analysis.By using these modules,we can anlysis and estimate the key point of the flight cycle design.The module of air pipeline system calculates the velocity pressure and temperature at the exit of the pipeline after the hot air flows through a series of switches,parts,valves and branch pipes,by taking into account the loss,heat transfer and etc.In this paper,The steps and methods of water droplet impingement,internal and external heat transfer and ice shape prediction are also explored.By the parameters at the exit of pipeline and others,we can compute heat transfer,internal and external heating of hot air is determined and avoid freezing.Anti-icing integrated system is composed by the corresponding data interface,data entry display module,the flight cycle module,air pipeline system,internal and external heat transfer modules.The whole system is developed by C++ and fluent.Reasonable software design ensures that the data input and display interface separate from the algorithms,so modules are very clear and easy to use.Platform can be running in Linux,Windows and etc.
