With the rapid development of automation control technology,valve actuators put forward high technical performance requirements such as strong torque,long stroke,high accuracy,good stability,fast cutting and accurate adjustment.In order to achieve these requirements,it is necessary to study an industrial butterfly actuator with small size,large thrust,energy saving and environmental protection.Its structural characteristics,fast and slow displacement response and robustness of controller directly affect the working effect.In this paper,the electro-hydraulic system of industrial butterfly valve actuator is studied and analyzed,and the optimal electro-hydraulic system of industrial butterfly actuator is applied to actual manufacturing and engineering practice.This paper is based on the electro-hydraulic system of the butterfly valve actuator in the industry,then the following research work has been carried out.First of all,this paper designed the hydraulic system and control system about electro-hydraulic system.,and the actual condition of butterfly valve and flow characteristics are analyzed;According to the requirements of the performance parameters about butterfly valve,this paper calculated parameters and selected the key part of butterfly valve actuator in electro-hydraulic system.In addition,this paper analyzed the stability of butterfly valve actuator in electro-hydraulic system.The result showed that the electro-hydraulic system was relatively stable.And the paper designed the key parts of the butterfly valve.Secondly,this paper regarded the DN250 center valve model dimension as research object,and numerical simulation of flow field is carried out by FLUENT fluid analysis software,then the change of flow field with different open degrees is obtained,so the flow velocity and pressure of the flow field are analyzed.By calculating the different characteristic parameters of the butterfly valve in flow field,the relationship between the parameters and the open degree is drawn,then this paper can get the opening range which is most suitable for the butterfly valve.The results show that the opening of the butterfly valve is more than 30 degrees,and the flow of the pipe can be adjusted so that it can keep stable work.The opening of the butterfly valve should be opened when the opening is greater than 60 degrees;and the butterfly valve shaft on the actuator has the maximum torque when the opening of the butterfly valve is 70 degrees.Then,the simulation model of the electro-hydraulic system of the industrial butterfly valve actuator is built.In the AMEsim software,the hydraulic system of electro-hydraulic system was built.The flow continuity equation of hydraulic cylinder was analyzed,and the key parameters were set up.Then the model of Brushless DC motor was set up.At the same time,the related parameters were set up,and the key parameters of hydraulic pump and accumulator were setup.In the MATLAB/Simulink software,the control system of the electro hydraulic system of the industrial butterfly valve actuator is set up,and the parameters are set up.Finally,on the basis of introducing the AMEsim and MATLAB/Simulink joint simulation,the target is optimized through the control strategy.In the MATLAB/Simulink software,different control methods are used to analyze the electro-hydraulic system of butterfly valve actuator.On the basis of the fuzzy basic principle,the selection method of fuzzy rules is clarified,then this paper can analyze electro-hydraulic system.The response performance of the system is analyzed by different signal types.Namely,the two input signals of step signal and sine signal after step signal transformed are used to analyze the electro-hydraulic system.Through comparison and simulation,the results show that the robustness and anti-interference ability of the fuzzy control method have obvious advantages.
