| Schedule management is an important link to ensure that the project is completed on time,which is related to the social and economic benefits of the project,the key of schedule management is schedule control.As an important means of schedule control and tracking,schedule early warning is the key to ensure the schedule of the project is in a controlled state.In view of the deficiencies of the current schedule management method,Dr.Goldratt proposed a new method of project management,critical chain project management,and the corresponding buffer warning mechanism was presented.This method is a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of schedule management in recent years.It has been one of hot topics in domestic and foreign scholars.However,critical chain schedule early warning involves massive data computation.In addition,because of the shortage of visual and integrated management platform,the communication and transmission of information has been lagged,which leads to the practical application of the critical chain technology in schedule early warning management is hindered.In this paper,BIM technology is introduced to solve the problem of data integration,operation and visualization in critical chain schedule early warning,which provides an original idea for the application of critical chain technology in project management.Buffer monitoring is the core of critical chain schedule early warning,in this paper,critical chain buffer monitoring method based on BIM is proposed.First of all,problems of current critical chain buffer monitoring method are presented,difficulties of buffer monitoring based on BIM are summarized.Manifestation of buffer in 4D BIM model,construction schedule data collection,logical relation of data in BIM platform and calculating the time instant for buffer monitoring are researched over the difficulties presented.The place of two control trigger points is optimised.On the basis of the above research,the critical chain schedule early warning model based on BIM is established.According to functional requirements of the critical chain schedule early warning model based on BIM,four functional modules including BIM model management,buffer monitoring,warning degree reporting and warning response are required,each function module are analyzed and designed in detail.Then the logical structure of the model is built,and the running process of the model is analyzed.Considering the importance of the organizational structure to the early warning of the project schedule,the organization structure is established.This model embodies the visualization and integration of the early warning management.Finally,the schedule early warning method proposed in this paper is applied to a specific engineering case,the integration of information of project schedule and buffer management are realized in BIM platform,the early warning result is visual,which exemplifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.In this paper,the BIM technology is introduced into the critical chain schedule early warning and the rationality and feasibility of this method are verified.The research results are helpful to solve project schedule delay,and provide a new idea for application of critical chain technology in projects,the management level of construction projects is improved,which presents great theoretical significance and practical application value and lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research and application. |
