In recent years, the strong support of the national macro-policy, the domestic auto market showing a good momentum of rapid growth, the rapid development of the automotive industry, directly contributing to the growth of the automotive logistics companies, third-party automotive group specializing in automotive logistics services in domestic logistics enterprises. At present, the overall level of development of domestic third-party automotive logistics enterprises there is a big gap between the level of development of advanced automotive logistics, enterprise service level, logistics efficiency and low process complexity and other issues directly restricts the development of the automotive logistics enterprises. To change a third-party automotive logistics business behind the status quo, the establishment of efficient, fast, high service, low-cost logistics companies, and then be fully integrated on the basis of the specificity of the automotive logistics industry, the need for third-party automotive logistics companies to implement business process optimization and recycling.In this paper, through access to the research process reengineering at home and abroad, combined with the development status of China’s automotive logistics, logistics companies of the third car business process reengineering aimed at third-party automotive logistics enterprises to enhance the quality of management and reduce logistics costs and provide a theoretical and practice support.This paper mainly discusses the process reengineering practice and application of logistics enterprises in the third car. Secondly, from the storage management, inventory management, a database management aspects of optimizing warehouse management processes, define the operating rules of the various aspects of the introduction of innovative divided storage areas of the reservoir area management thinking applied to automobile storage, greatly improve storage operations management efficiency.
