With the rapid development of the port industry,the crane's lifting weight and height are more and more big,which makes the sagging and twisting of the hoisting rope more prominent.For a long time,people have been simply by increasing the quality of spreaders,using anti-torsion wire rope and other methods to avoid the wire rope drape and reverse,and lack of in-depth study in the mechanism of wire rope drape and reverse.Therefore,this paper combines theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,conducts the research to the steel wire rope suspension and torsion mechanism,to understand the effect parameters of wire rope suspension and torsion and the influence laws,provide a theoretical reference for the design of crane.(1)Based on catenary theory,this paper establishes the model of steel wire rope suspension.By using the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,the relationship between the sling weight,the weight of the rope and the angle of the boom with the deflection of the steel wire rope is analyzed.The results show:the maximum deflection will reduce with the quality of the spreader increase,and the decrease rate becomes smaller;increases with wire rope weight load,is linear with it;decreases with the increase of jib angle,and the decrease rate becomes larger.(2)Because of the complexity of hoisting wire rope winding system,its research has been stuck in the torsion analysis of a single movable pulley structure,and for the study of multi movable pulley structure still remains in the simple formula promotion level of single movable pulley structure.Therefore,this paper will focus on the numerical analysis and simulation analysis of the multi movable pulley structure.The fundamental reason for the twisting of the wire rope and the formation of the knot is the spin characteristic of the steel wire rope.Based on the analysis of the spin characteristics of the steel wire rope,this paper deduced the calculation method of the spin torque.On the basis of this,four types of winding model are established,which are O type and S type winding structure,clockwise and counterclockwise torsion.Analyzed the influence of the height of the wire rope and the structure parameters of the pulley block on the twist knot of the steel wire rope.The results show: the reverse torque of S type structure is generally greater than the reverse torque of O type,and the anti-clockwise deflection is stronger than that of clockwise deflection.When the lifting height is high,the influence of the height of the wire rope on the reverse torque is the smallest,and the pulley spacing has the greatest influence on the reverse torque.The hoisting weight has no effect on the twist knot of hoisting wire rope.(3)Based on the simulation software ADAMS,establish simulation model lifting steel wire rope winding system.Through simulation analysis,validate the feasibility of assumptions in the mathematical model of the height lifting wire rope twisting and the accuracy of mathematical model.From the two aspects of statics and dynamics,this paper analyzes the influence of the height of the wire rope,the weight of the hoist and the distance of the pulley on the twisting knot of the hoisting rope winding system.The results show: the static simulation analysis is consistent with theoretical analysis,considering the dynamic angle,the influence of the height of Wire rope and Pulley spacing on the reverse torque,is more than the consideration from the angle of the statics.The larger the lifting weight,the higher the stability of the hoisting rope winding system,the smaller the tendency of twist and knotting.
