With the widespread of electrified railway,It is a challenge to improve the reliability of traction power supply system.As the power equipment for electric locomotive,stable quality of the movement of the catenary is particularly important in harsh natural conditions,the stability of the center of catenary anchor pairing catenary plays an important role.If the tension on both sides of central anchor knot in the unbalanced state for a long time,the abrasion of contact wire can aggravate,it's easy to have a break accident,if the auxiliary rope of central anchor knot relaxed,When high-speed pantograph through,pantograph will be scrapped,The opening of the main trunk by Lanzhou Railway Bureau in recent years,Because the unstable of central anchor knot,the field order is seriously interfered,it also caused great influence to the transportation production.When adjust the channeling and don't prevent fault type Central anchor knot of station designed by TianLan line,the moving of anchor segment is found up to 400 mm,it causes the change of catenary parameters to meet the specification requirements.the central anchor knot offset also caused the both sides tension of central anchor knot in the unbalanced state for a long time when LanWu line opening,and caused hard points produce at central anchor knot clip,leaded to bow net accident eventually.At the same time because the abrasion of contact wire will increase,it's easy to have a break accident,it seriously threatens the safety of catenary device operation.The designed process of catenary central anchor knot at home and abroad,the selection of central anchor knot installed position is according to line situation and calculated tension.Its layout principle is:Center anchor knot should be close to the anchor segment,The tension on both sides of the central anchor knot clues should be equal as far as possible.According to the above principles,when all anchor segment are located in a straight line segment,the central anchor knot can be located in the central anchor segment,When the anchor segment is located in the same curve radius section,the central anchor knot also can be located in the central anchor segment,but when the location of anchor segment have both straight line and curve,the curve radius is different,or the both sides tension of catenary use different compensation device,or the temperature change on both sides of the compensation device is different,the installed location of central anchor knot is difficult to determine,or the determined results do not conform to the actual,it will affect the safe operation of the catenary.It focuses on the common troubles of center of anchor nodes and its cause in the previous section of this paper,the fault causes are analyzed,and the failure of the contact wire is caused by the failure of the contact line and the bearing.The rest of the failure is caused by the deviation of the center anchor.Then,according to the design standard of the tension increment of the line condition,the contact net structure and the environment temperature,the position of the center of the contact center is analyzed.By substituting the above physical quantities of engineering calculation.By mathematical calculation and MATLAB is used to draw the curve to analyze the impacts,to find the relationship between these quantities,and puts forward effective governance.Finally,combined with field application,by combining the field application,the design of the contact net offset in the construction,maintenance,design optimization management program is analyzed,and combined with the field examples to verify.Through the verification and analysis on the shift of the contact network is correct,the improvement measures for the formulation are feasible,It can improve he contact center anchor node installation location design accuracy effectively,and the contact net tension distribution more uniform and improve the safety of operation of the contact net reliability.
