The gear mechanism is one of the most widely used in modern mechanical transmission components for motion and power transfer in any space between two-axis and multiaxial.Point-line meshing gear is a new type of gear,gear contains both line contacts and point contacts in its meshing process,that makes it has the features of line meshing and point meshing.And the bearing capacity is improved obviously because of the unique meshing of convex and concave teeth profile.Therefore,it must have a good application prospects.Tooth profile modification plays an important role in the development of gear,it takes a very important role in reducing vibration and noise in its meshing process and improving the gear wheels' life.In this paper,the stability of gear transmission is improved by studying of the tooth profile modification of point-line meshing gear.The mainly research contents of the article are as follow:(1)Establishing the three-dimensional model of point-line meshing gear.Due to the unique tooth profile of point-line meshing gear,in the work of creating three-dimensional model of this kind of gear,cubic spline curve interpolation has been used to approximate the series of point that measured before to generate the tooth profile curve of point-line meshing gear.And then complete the work of three-dimensional model of point-line meshing gear creating by using SolidWorks software.What has been done above lays a solid foundation for the following research.(2)Building the mathematical model of tooth profile modification.In this paper,started from the definitions of parameters and the function expression of tooth profile modification and studied the unified geometric model of tooth profile modification,and then built the mathematical model of tooth profile modification.(3)This paper aimed at the type DZLY180 gear reducer of point-line meshing gear,tooth profile modification is applied to the gear pair of the lower speed.First of all,through introducing basic theory of tooth profile modification,and the three elements of tooth profile modification are also analyzed and summarized,a reasonable modification programs of the gear pairs is presented.The solution of modification is obtained based on the mathematical model established in this paper,and combine with the finite element analysis software ANSYS and mathematics software MATLAB.(4)In order to verify the rationality of the solution of tooth profile modification,using he dynamic simulation software ADAMS,compared the contact force of before and after modification based on the flexible multi-body dynamic of gear pairs,at last makes conclusion.
