| With the country’s energy-saving emission reduction policy vigorously implemented,all sectors of the community has been carried out energy-saving emission reduction work in recent years.It is important and meaningful for energy saving and emission reduction to monitor energy efficiency of power consumer which is the important source of energy consumption.The management system for monitoring and analyzing energy efficiency data has become a hot research topic currently.As the basis of energy efficiency monitoring and management system,the performance of energy efficiency monitoring instrument has a direct impact on the application of energy efficiency management system.Although there are a lot of energy efficiency monitoring instruments,but few instruments can meet the requirements of energy efficiency monitoring platform which can realize online monitoring,mobile inspection and multi-channel acquisition.Thus a portable energy efficiency terminal,which is based on embedded technology,is studied in the dissertation according to the needs of the development of the power industry after the analysis for the characteristics of various types of energy efficiency monitoring instruments.Firstly,domestic and foreign energy efficiency monitoring instruments investigates is researched in the thesis,the purpose and significance of the research in this thesis are clearly put forward,and the design scheme of portable terminal efficiency is proposed aiming at solve the problems of common energy efficiency monitoring instrument while applied for energy efficiency monitoring and management system.Secondly,the harmonic detection algorithm of portable energy efficiency terminal is studied.Considering the spectral leakage and fence effect problems caused by non-synchronous sampling and inter-harmonic interference for the detection of power harmonic,the poly-cosine window and double spectral lines interpolation algorithm is adopted in the dissertation and the accuracy of the algorithm has been verified by the simulation with MATLAB.Thirdly,the application scheme of embedded technology in energy efficiency terminal is studied in the dissertation,including the design of the hardware platform based on ARM,and the development of application based on Qt.Finally,the methods of installation and debugging for efficiency portable terminal is showed,and the strategy of error calibration is put forward in the dissertation.Besides,the reasons of detection error is simply analyzed.Test results show that the detection accuracy of the energy efficiency terminal meets the design requirements after the calibration for the terminal.Based on the research of embedded technology,the design of portable energy efficiency has been completed.The portable energy efficiency terminal has the characteristics of abundant functions,strong practicability and on-line monitoring,which is believed to have a good application prospect in energy efficiency monitoringPortable energy efficiency terminal has many advantages,such as abundant functions,strong practicability and on-line monitoring.It is believed that the terminal has a good application prospect in the field of energy efficiency monitoring. |
