There is a increase of many new buildings every year with the development of the economy,resulting in the increasement of the building energy consumption.Owing to this phenomenon,building energy consumption has been one of the three energy consumption in our country.As a result,we must kick off the building energy saving at once.As we all know,existing residential buildings which are located in the region with heat provision play a main role in the building energy consumption of China and also have been the main target by which we can finish the mission of building energy saving.It costs so much to finish the mission of both the construction of energy-saving renovation of residential buildings,mainly by strengthening the thermal insulation properties of the building enclosure and put the Household hear meteringt transformation into effect.However,there's no comprehensive messure using to evaluate the the energy efficiency of Heating system,letting us knowing nothing about the consequence of the transform missions.In order to solve the problems above,this article brings out a method that choosing the buildings which have been transfered and monitor the heating data,to illustrate the result of the transform missions.Therefore,this article is based on practical application,connect Household heat metering with the research of data monitoring.Internet technology also helps to design the energy eiifciency monitoring system for energy saving reconstruction of existing residential buidings.The energy eiifciency monitoring system for energy saving reconstruction of existing residential buidings contents three parts: messuring layer,data collecting layer and information management layer.The main designing work of this article is made up the selection of equipment in the field measurement layer,the hardware and software designing of the data collecting layer.First of all,determine the evaluation content,determine the acquisitionparameters and acquisition cycle,determine the monitoring technology route,and determine the system function according to the application requirement analysis.Secondly,the hardware circuit design of the data acquisition device is completed.This hardware circuit mainly with the needs of the corresponding requirements of the power circuit,RS-485 circuit,serial circuit and GPRS module design.Then,the data acquisition software development is completed under the Linux system,and the concrete flow chart and the program code are given.Finally,according to the requirements of energy efficiency monitoring system corresponding to the design of the main database,through the laboratory environment to build energy efficiency monitoring system platform to complete the key functions of the system testing.And in the heating season into the field monitoring,given the data analysis.To monitor the existing residential buildings,this system make the detection of residential buildings come true.It can collect the original data during the whole heat provision time and figure out the energy efficiency data,judging the result of transforming.At the same time,it can also give us the experience of transforming in order to help the transforming plan in the future.
