As a communication to the east and west of China's transport artery,the Yangtze River shipping channel has a very important strategic significance for the smooth implementation of the Yangtze River economic zone strategy.The middle reaches of the Yangtze River Jingjiang section it has always been the key and difficult point of the Yangtze River channel management and maintenance because of its complicated river bed and the complexity of the river bank.It is the key to the rectification of the Yangtze River waterway system.Therefore,it is reasonable to determine the channel scale of the Jingjiang River channel which plays an important role and significance to the scientific decision of the project.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1)The present situation of shipping in Jingjiang River is expounded from four aspects: river course,channel status and planning,water transportation and ship operation.,and its existing problems are analyzed,and three remediation schemes of 3.5 m scale,4.0 m scale and 4.5 m scale are proposed.2)The combination forecasting method is used to forecast the shipping demand of Jingjiang reach and the transportation demand of Jingjiang navigation route under different remediation scale.3)Based on the principle of channel scale scheme optimization,the evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation standard of Jingjiang channel regulation project are constructed from technical,economic and social aspects,a total of eight indicators.In many evaluation methods,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can combine the advantages of objective fairness and subjective initiative,and can meet the needs of channel scale optimization evaluation to a certain extent.So this paper chose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the optimization model of channel scale scheme of Jingjiang waterway regulation project.4)The evaluation model of Jingjiang channel was evaluated by the evaluation model.To simplify some of the calculations in the evaluation work,the calculation was carried out by MATLAB software.5)The final result is: 3.5 m channel scale under the comprehensive rating of "general",4.0 m channel scale under the comprehensive rating of "better",4.5 m channel scale under the comprehensive rating of "very good".According to the optimization results,the 4.5 meter water depth channel scale is the best plan in the three waterway scale.Therefore,it is suggested to implement the irrigation project of the water depth of 4.5 meters in the Jingjiang reach.The study of this paper provides a feasible model for the optimization of channel scale scheme for channel regulation project,which provides a reference direction for the deepening of pipeline regulation.In addition,the specific study on the optimization of Jingjiang waterway regulation scheme provides a reference for the government and relevant departments to formulate further development plan,which is conducive to further opening up the "golden waterway" of the whole river basin.
