In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the construction of a large number of port works have been created.Especially,construction of waterway engineering,anchorage engineering,etc.must face to the original port navigation environment changes,is bound to produce series of navigation safety hidden troubles and form a serious challenge to the security environment of the port.Therefore,the navigation safety evaluation of the construction of port waters is conducive to the promotion of maritime traffic safety,It has important practical and theoretical significance.This thesis is the research object of 250000 tons of navigable channel construction in the fourth basin of Jingtang port area of Tangshan port(hereinafter referred to as the"Tangshan port 250000 tons of navigable channel construction"),mainly for the following specific work:one is the construction of waterway engineering construction in the waters of the environment,including natural,port,transportation,port management,such as sorting analysis;Secondly,it elaborates the main points and steps of expert opinion,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Thirdly,the risk identification of the research object is carried out,and the index system and weight of each influencing factor are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Four is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the navigation safety evaluation of channel engineering on the above basis;According to the evaluation results,the countermeasures and Suggestions of navigation safety management are put forward.Through to the Tangshan port 250000 tons of navigable channel construction safety evaluation results analysis,the project overall navigation safety condition in"Lower risk" and "General risk",but the channel condition overall evaluation results in the "General risk" and "Higher risk".This thesis presents a practical countermeasures and Suggestions.Committed to this study through quantitative and qualitative analysis for the engineering construction unit to serve as the reference for safety management,to a certain extent,in order to promote the safety performance of construction projects to provide intellectual support,in addition,on the basis of that,for the relevant maritime,port and waterway management institutions in the project examination and approval,supervision and inspection of the basis,has important practical value,through to strengthen and improve management to ensure that the Tangshan port 250000 tons of navigable channel construction 1 safety and jurisdiction of water security situation is stable.
