With the development of modern technology, automotive industry, automotive comfort and safety of people pay attention to the gradual, and seats for direct contact with human body parts, and its importance is self-evident. Simulation on the strength of seats, its theory and methods have been widely recognized. At the same time, to meet the premise of security, how to improve the process of driver car seat and as much as possible to reduce the quality, has become the focus of the industry.This paper introduces the finite element theory and the simulation some of the ways, and then the car driver's seat for the static strength properties of the finite element simulation, and describes the use of the finite element method the accuracy and reasonableness. In addition to considering their strength of car driver's seat, the paper also considered in the steering, braking, acceleration, bumpy four conditions, the seat of fixed points (and the floor near the connector) and the forces to study whether to meet Strength requirements.
