In the precast reinforced concrete structure,prefabricated hoisting finished seam treatment problems always exist.Although the assembly will be used in the assembly of the structure of special sealant treatment,the existence of the joint seam is still weakened to the seismic performance of the structure.Therefore,the seam is the need to pay particular attention to the structure design and installation of prefabricated parts,Otherwise,it is easy to become the weakest part of the structure.In this paper,regard a new type of special-shaped column assembly houses a Research Institute of architectural science research and development as the example,Firstly,finite element software GEN Midas was used to establish the numerical analysis model,according to the structure of the actual use of the function of the input dead load,And in accordance with the norms of the input of the three seismic waves on the elastic plastic time history analysis,The internal force diagram of beam element under the envelope load combination condition is then output.By processing and analyzing the data,the maximum and minimum beam column joints of the beam column joints with L and T shaped two cross sections are obtained,The maximum and minimum nodes are compared and analyzed.Using Midas FEA to establish four node models(Assembly type L shape,cast in place L shape and Assembly type T shape,cast in place T shape)to analyze Effect of joint seam on mechanical properties of joint.When the load level is low,the joints of beam and column joints with joint seams are basically the same in performance.However,with the increase of load,the beam column joints with jointed joints lead to the same load,and the mechanical indexes are larger than the beam column joints without joint.This shows that the joint has a significant effect on the performance of beam column joints.In this paper,the different joint positions of the precast beams in the actual split design are optimized,and the influence of different positions on the core area of the joint is compared,the seam should be set in the range from the core area of joints 60% beam long outside,this spell weakens the conclusion of small joint node.And recommended in the case of the actual project,the joint will be moved outside the 60% beam length.Finally,the related research results and the conclusions of this paper are confirmed by each other.The conclusion of this paper is reliable and reasonable.
