| One of the common diseases of asphalt pavement is pavement crack,especially in the road reconstruction and extension.In order to reduce reflection cracks,through the analysis of the related data on road materials indoors and outdoors,to carry out of applied research of the asphalt pavement crack prevention with fiberglass polyester paving mat,which has important significance.In order to solve the problem of reflection cracks in the new and expanded road,through the test of asphalt mixture and fiberglass-polyester paving mat,combined with theoretical research,analyzing of the test data,getting the following conclusions:1.Based on the fracture mechanics theory,determined feasibility of stress intensity factor as an indicator of crack propagation through analysis of crack propagation model and reflective cracking mechanism.2.Obtain relational model through analysis of physical and mechanical indexes such as the mass,the thickness,the tensile strength and the CBR bursting strength of the fiberglass-polyester paving mat.3.Developed a tool through experimental design of shear resistance of semi rigid base asphalt mixture for the determination of shear strength.4.Analyze the relationship among surface types,basic types and fiberglass-polyester paving mat modulus by Abaqus software,constructing the stress intensity factor model.5.Through the application of fiberglass-polyester paving mat,based on the test road,determining the type of binder and the best amount of construction technology.During the research process,thanks to the support of the Ministry of Transport Science and technology project,the support of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of communications,as well as the support of Wuqing District Traffic Bureau in Tianjin on the test road.The fiberglass-polyester paving mat indoor research,outdoor test and theoretical analysis,present a new idea for the prevention of asphalt pavement disease. |
