With the continuous development of road construction in our country,many roads are facing the problem of reconstruction and expansion,and in this process,various diseases of asphalt pavement occur from time to time.Pavement crack is one of the most common,especially in the reconstruction and expansion of roads,this disease is particularly serious.There are many factors influencing the occurrence of pavement cracks.Reflective cracks have become a key inducement of pavement cracks due to insufficient matching between subgrade and pavement in the reconstruction and expansion of roads.In order to effectively avoid the impact of reflective cracks on pavement,through investigation and research,this paper compares and analyses the prevention of reflective cracks at home and abroad.It is found that polyester fiberglass cloth,as a kind of new road material,can effectively prevent cracks in asphalt pavement,has remarkable advantages such as good effect of preventing reflective cracks,convenient construction and long service life.The application effect and performance evaluation of polyester fiberglass cloth in actual reconstruction and expansion projects are also included.Lack of specific and detailed research,so it is of great significance to carry out the effect evaluation of polyester fiberglass cloth in reconstruction projects.Firstly,through the analysis of the related research,it is concluded that the reflective crack disease is the main influencing factor in the reconstruction and expansion project,and its mechanism is simply analyzed.It is proposed that the application of polyester fiberglass cloth can effectively prevent the occurrence of reflective cracks.Then,based on the properties of the material itself,the related technical indicators of the material are carried out.After that,the influence of the binder on the shear resistance of the pavement after the polyester fiberglass cloth is emphatically analyzed,and the suitable binder types and spraying amount are determined.Secondly,through practical engineering,the construction technology of polyester fiberglass cloth is sorted out,and the test section is monitored for a long time.The monitoring data are analyzed by comparison method.It is concluded that the addition of polyester fiberglass cloth has no adverse effect on the normal use of pavement and can effectively increase the pavement.Damage resistance,the broken area of pavement is 40% lower than that of ordinary pavement.At the same time,under heavy load,polyester fiberglass asphalt mixture pavement shows better rutting resistance.Practical results show that the addition of polyester fiberglass cloth can improve the stability of pavement structure,especially in the case of road cracks.It can effectively prevent the damage of small cracks in the base water-stable layer to pavement structure and increase the durability of pavement structure.Thirdly,through ANSYS finite element simulation,the influencing factors of asphalt mixture pavement in different reinforced structure layers are analyzed,and it is concluded that the bonding has the greatest impact on the pavement.Then,the load fatigue and temperature fatigue calculation of the pavement using polyester glass fiber cloth and glass fiber grille and non-reinforced material are carried out.Based on the analysis and comparison of the results,the reasons for the differences are described.The mechanism of action of polyester fiberglass cloth is analyzed through experiments,which proves that polyester fiberglass cloth is a good material for preventing reflective cracks in pavement.Finally,through the economic evaluation,it is concluded that the construction of polyester fiberglass cloth has a high initial cost for the reconstruction and expansion project,but a huge amount of later cost savings and better economic effect.The application of this result plays an important role in improving the pavement life and reducing the cost of pavement maintenance,and has broad application prospects.
