| With the intensification of the Energy Crisis,the development of sustainable development of new energy has become our top priority.Lithium-ion battery has been widely used as a new type of high energy green battery.However,with the increase of battery capacity and the number of series-parallel connection,more and more quality and safety problems are caused by the performance consistency of batteries.There are many production factors that affect the consistency of the lithium-ion battery,the most important of which is the pulping process.At present,the double planet mixer is widely used in the pulping of lithium battery,which has many problems such as low mixing and dispersing efficiency,dead angle and so on.In recent years,high-speed dispersion technology has appeared in the process of lithium battery pulping,but there are few reports on the specific research of dispersion technology.Twin screw pulping technology has been mature in organic silicon industry,but it has not been used in lithium battery industry.This topic aims at the pulping technology to carry out the research.Based on the systematic analysis of the original structure mechanism of the traditional planetary stirring,the twin-screw stirring,high-speed dispersion of the process equipment was introduced,the structure optimization and overall design of the mixing parts of the twin-screw stirring,high-speed dispersion equipment were carried out;The characteristics of the slurry,the electrode and the electric core were analyzed with the method of contrast and different feeding speed,feeding sequence and stirring time,the effects of the two pulping processes on the consistency of the performance of the battery Pastes,electrodes and batteries were obtained.Two new processes,twin screw mixing method and high speed dispersion method,were used to analyze the dispersion of lithium-ion battery slurry.The experimental results show that the twin-screw mixing method and the high-speed dispersion process can improve the fineness and stability of the slurry,thus improving the internal resistance of the electrode and the battery,and increasing the capacity and consistency of the battery.In the twin-screw process,the feeding sequence of the new conductive adhesive scheme is better than that of the battery,and the dispersion speed is controlled at 1800 ~ 2000 rpm and the dispersion time is controlled at 35 ~ 50 min when the high-speed dispersion process is adopted,from50 kg / h of traditional pulping to 280 kg / h of high speed dispersion and 250 ~ 320 kg / h of twin screw pulping,it is of certain economic value to realize high efficient mixing,high quality and low energy consumption of lithium-ion battery. |
