| The modern information wave have promote that the informatization of construction industry has become the mainstream trend in the development of modern construction industry.As the implementation ofinformatization on construction industry,BIM technology owns the advantages about reduce the workload,shorten the construction period and reduce construction risks and improve construction efficiency etc.During the construction projects,the value of BIM is obvious,construction companies have increased their use of BIM technology enthusiasm,BIM technology is gradually replacing the traditional CAD technology in modern construction industry.However,it’s late for China to introduce BIM technology,and due to lack of BIM professionals and propaganda for BIM,there are few construction companies use BIM.Thus,there have great value to introducing BIM into actual construction projects.Based on introducing the basic concept of BIM on it’s characteristics,related application software,the problems in the practical application,this paper analyzed the architecture design,ideas in application and model building for BIM.Then taking the XG Plaza project for example,taking a deep research on BIM using in construction projects.The main content of BIM applications are four points: Firstly,using software‘Revit’ establish three-dimensional simulation model,taking evacuation analysis and spatial arrangement.Secondly,taking combination of Ansys fluid analysis software to optimize electrical and mechanical equipment design.Thirdly,integrating pipeline electromechanical,analyzing the accuracy,counting the amount of secondary development and carrying out 5D construction simulation.The last is delivering to the data model and auxiliary operations information management.The specific application idea is to use a lot of digital information building information model,applying BIM in design,construction,management and other aspects,which can contribute to life-cycle management.During the design phase,BIM model is established for program visualization,building performance simulation,construction design guidance,professional collision inspection.During the construction phase,BIM model is established for layout of construction site,construction schedule simulation and so on.During the operation and maintenance phase,BIM model is established for device management,space management and so on.By introducing BIM into XG Plaza project,we can draw the following conclusions Based on the BIM model,performing a statistical analysis on equipment professional pipeline.When the BIM database was established,it achieved a fast and accurate calculation of quantities,and the accuracy and efficiency of calculation were also enhanced.When the data in BIM database reached the component level,the datainformation which project management needed can be obtained in a short time,and the statistical result can also be adjusted according to change of BIM model,all above increased the efficiency of construction management;5D construction simulation demonstrated the progress of the construction site and the dynamic cost of project,which played a role in assisting to control the construction project schedule,the human resource,material,and other resources.5D dynamic simulation also reflected the process of construction process and the condition of construction site.By querying the cost of quantities of labor,materials,machinery and other resources in real time,the dynamic tracking of entire construction process was realized.Furthermore,by querying the name,type,model of construction facility or the set time of plan,the site layout was corresponding to the construction stage,the 5D dynamic site management was formed;Clicking the device in BIM can access all the device information,searching the device name or descriptor in administration interface can query accurate position of all devices in a virtual building.Managers can also make use of three-dimensional BIM model to browse the latest and historic operating data.All of this contribute to achieve the full life cycle management of equipment,promote the digital delivery for XG Square project;After applied BIM in XG square project,there had a significantly cost cut down in labor,material and equipment,the construction quality and construction period of the project were optimized,the construction risk was reduced,the pollution to environment is decreased,there produced significant social and economic benefits to some extent. |
