| With the rapid development of the computer, communications and network technology,information technology has been rapidly developed, and has been widely used in theenterprise. The production activities are largely organized and managed through project,which includes requirements analysis, project formulation, product design, production andsales etc. More and more enterprises recognize the importance of project management fortheir production and business activities, which begins to research their business process andimplement project management system.The characteristics and needs of project management for different industries aredifferent, the main study object of this paper is construction machinery industry. The mainresearch work was as follows.Firstly, the current research situation of the project management system at home andabroad was studied, and the deficiencies of the current project management study for theconstruction machinery was analyzed. Furthermore, the systems PDM and ERP which werewidely used in construction machinery and the workflow technology that supportedenterprise business process automation wholly or partly were introduced.Secondly, this paper takes a construction machinery industry for example, theirinformation technology situation, project management processes and the problems andneeds of project management was analyzed. And then, the overall system design was given.Thirdly, due to the way which achieve project process management by integratedworkflow system can’t meet the needs of construction machinery industry, a projectmanagement model was proposed by the study of the lifecycle of task and the projectplanning model.Finally, the project management system for construction machinery industry wasdeveloped and implemented based on the overall system design and project managementmodel. |
