With the development of the urban economy,the number of office buildings has increased,and its characteristics have resulted in more consumption of energy.At the same time,the comfort requirements of the office physical environment has further led to the increase in energy consumption.Although the thermal performance of glass curtain-walls is not optimal,the large-scale use of glass skins not only achieves a sleek fa?ade,but also contributes to the internal lighting.However,fast design and construction make the glass curtain wall just simply copied and arranged according to the appearance.In this condition,the complicated and extreme weather conditions of hot summer and cold winter area with this homogeneous facade glass curtain wall conflict with the building environment.This article initiated from the status of the homogeneous use of glass curtain-walls in the office building facades of hot summer and cold winter area.Aimed at specific physical environment factor,this research try to provide an energy conservation optimization construction of glass curtain walls that can meet the physical environment of various of inner requirements.First of all,through the investigation and research on glass products of building curtain-walls,on-the-spot investigation of office buildings using glass curtain walls,and questionnaire of indoor physical environment of people wrapped by glass curtain-walls,the characteristics of glass products and the main features and problems of existing office glass curtain-walls are summarized.Secondly,by summarizing the basic theoretical methods of lighting,shading,heat preservation,heat insulation and ventilation through references,and simultaneously analyzing the excellent example of energy-saving construction about glass curtain-walls,some energy-saving methods through construction for glass curtain walls have been refined.Based on previous research,the methods are combined with the real project,which is a Government Affairs Center.By using Ecotect Analysis and Envimet architectural physical environment analysis software,the specific physical environmental influence is refined.By using Energy Plus energy simulation software,the original design is reevaluated.Based on the above analysis results,the specific reconstruction suggestions for the glass curtain walls in the case building office were proposed,including the outer circulation and internal circulation ventilation of the double-glazed curtain wall,and the segmented blind.Then the new program was simulated and compared using Energy Plus.It has been found that through the specific analysis of the physical environment of the building,the environmental characteristics of the building are refined and the design is guided.After energy-saving reform,heating energy consumption can be reduced 30.45%,refrigeration energy consumption can be reduced 13.51%,and total energy consumption can be reduced 16.09%.Finally,problems and in the actual project and the experimental simulation are pointed out.At the end of this paper,the further research direction is provided.
