With the large number of electric vehicles connected to the power grid,their load characteristics have a great negative impact on the safe and stable operation of the system.On the other hand,the load of electric vehicles is flexible and adjustable.After being aggregated,it can provide auxiliary services for the system.It has become a hot topic at home and abroad,but the current domestic research on the market for electric vehicles participating in the auxiliary service is still at a preliminary stage,and further studies are urgently needed.First,it outlines the development status and policy promotion of electric vehicles at home and abroad,and investigates the current theoretical research on the aggregate modelling of electric vehicle loads,the assessment of dispatchable capacity,and the bidding strategies and control strategies for participating in the auxiliary service market.Secondly,the electric vehicle aggregation model and the schedulable capacity assessment method is researched.The characteristics of travel behavior of electric vehicles include model analysis of network access time,off-network time,and trip mileage;and models of real-time state of charge are established for electric vehicles in both on-grid and off-grid models,especially for electric driving during driving.The vehicle's power consumption model considers the influence of temperature,road conditions and other factors,establishes a normalized model of power consumption;converts the problem of electric vehicle users receiving scheduling in a market environment into a discrete decision problem,and establishes a Logit model to perform a user's behavior model Analyzes and proposes the calculation method of the expected value of the dispatching cost,proposes a method of electric vehicle aggregation based on economics,proposes a method for assessing dispatchability of electric vehicles,and proposes a calculation method for dispatchable capacity of clustered electric vehicles based on Monte Carlo simulation.Through examples,the whole-period tracking of the cost capacity of the cluster electric vehicle is realized.Then,the bidding strategies of electric vehicles participating in the market of ancillary services is researched.The basic framework for considering the multi-electric vehicle aggregators participating in the market for auxiliary service bidding was constructed,and the forecasting methods for the bids of other aggregators by the aggregators of electric vehicles and the methods for constructing competitive bidding scenarios were proposed,and a unified clearing price was established.The auxiliary service market clears the model;on this basis,it analyzes the costs and benefits of electric vehicle participation in the auxiliary service market,establishes a model of expected earnings based on Monte Carlo simulations,and evaluates risk strategies based on CVaR theory.A bidding model based on multi-optimal targets is constructed using a fuzzy satisfaction method.Examples show that the bidding strategy can avoid risks while maximizing the benefits of electric vehicle users.Finally,the control strategy for providing auxiliary services for electric vehicles is researched.It proposes to construct the optimal charging control model of a single electric vehicle under the market environment with the minimum charging cost.Through the method of proof,the decision problem of the charging power control in each period of the electric vehicle is transformed into the decision-making problem of the charging period selection,and the The charging coefficient control strategy for electric vehicles based on the buffer coefficient,and the integrated priority control index system for cluster electric vehicles in response to AGC signals are provided for electric vehicles,and response control strategies for cluster electric vehicles are proposed for upward and downward frequency modulation signals respectively.Taking the profit of the aggregator of electric vehicles as the objective function,considering the regulation performance score of cluster electric vehicles,a cost-benefit model of electric vehicles participating in the market of regulation services was constructed.The example shows that the control strategy can reduce the user's charging cost while completing the frequency regulation.
