In recent decades,with the rapid development of the transportation industry in China,the speed of vehicles on the expressway is faster and faster,and the probability of all kinds of traffic accidents is increasing,especially the accidents caused by the blowout.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of the road surface characteristics on the kinetic characteristic of the blowout vehicle,focusing on the transient characteristics of the tire and its influence on the car movement,on the basis of which the control strategy of the blowout vehicle can be acquired.Research production can be used to improve the active safety of the vehicle and improve the service function of the road,which is of great practical significance.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the merits and demerits of different types of steady tire models,the magic formula model was selected.According to the statistical analysis of the results of the indoor tire characteristics tests,after the tire blowout,the radial stiffness,the longitudinal stiffness,the lateral stiffness and the lateral stiffness are reduced to 6.7%,25%,28% and 66% respectively,and the rolling drag coefficient is increased to 30 times.Based on the factors affecting the tire blowout,the blowout tire model was established by correcting lateral force and longitudinal force of the steady tire model.Secondly,the modeling method and the required parameters of vehicles and roads were studied.The blowout tire model was built in Matlab/Simulink,and the reliability of the model was verified.In the form of joint simulation,the simulation of blowout vehicle movement in straight line and line section was realized.The blowout of the front wheel in straight line and the lateral front wheel of the bend in line section are more dangerous by analyzing the force of the tire and the motion characteristics of the vehicle.Then,according to the force characteristics of the vehicle,the rolling resistance coefficient,the adhesion coefficient,the longitudinal slope of the road and the radius of the circular curve were found to have an impact on the motion characteristics of the blowout vehicle.The simulation of the movement of the blowout vehicle in different pavement models was completed,the conclusion can be drawn that when the adhesion is sufficient enough for the vehicle,adhesion coefficient has no influence on the movement of the blowout vehicle.The other parameters were found to do affect the motion characteristics of the blowout vehicle and have a linear relationship with the lateral acceleration.Finally,based on the simulation,the control study of tire blowout in straight line and line section was carried out.The proposed steering angle curve and range value were given for the driver and the automatic driving design to control the yaw of the blowout vehicle under the working conditions of the straight line segment and the line section.As drivers are not able to control the brake pressure,it was suggested that drivers should apply a light touch on the brake.When designing automatic driving,it is recommended to apply 3MPa pressure in straight line and 2 MPa pressure in curve section.
