In recent years,a lot of mature achievements of highway maintenance have been established in Jiangsu Province.The research on standardization of decision-making and planning is of great significance for the establishment of long-term pavement maintenance plan for highway life cycle system.First of all,based on the evaluation,design,decision-making and optimization of highway maintenance management all around the world,combined with the important research achievement of highway maintenance management in Jiangsu province,collect ande classify the characteristics of typical conservation programs in Jiangsu Province,to determine the adaptation of Jiangsu Province Highway Maintenance Decision Evaluation Index System.Secondly,to make the pavement networked based on the basic information,traffic information,road structure,maintenance history and other dynamic information.Maintenance decision indicators are selected and indicators are graded to build maintenance decision trees.The decision-making process is definited by the pavement performance and decision tree.Then,multiple pavement performance evaluation and predict methods is definited based on the traffic volume and performance status of road.These modle have been tested using the actural detect data of NingChang highway and ZhenLi highway,the rationality of the model was verified.Based on the multi-objective model,combined with the actual application requirements to determine the model constraints and the objective equations,the highway life cycle maintenance plan planning and solving equations are established,and the life cycle maintenance plan is multiobjectively optimized.Finally,according to the existing design results,the life cycle maintenance decision-making of sample sections of Ningchang highway and Zhenli highway was selected,and the decision-making results were optimized to demonstrate the rationality and operability of the decision-making optimization system.
