| In recent years,the highway under the influence of heavy traffic and climate environment,asphalt surface appeared different degree of early disease,with the national highway mileage increasing,the maintenance task to become very difficult.In order to improve the road traffic environment,the early disease got the attention of the related management department,in the process of practical engineering application,however,lacking clear maintenance standards from region to region,making no preventive maintenance technology,exerting its advantages,so it is necessary put together the highway characteristics and the characteristics of preventive maintenance and preventive maintenance and then put forward scientific maintenance standard,set up perfect road maintenance decision-making system,improve the application effect of various kinds of curing measures.At present,in the process of preventive maintenance decision chongqing highway management also faces some difficulties,such as:(1)the chongqing area of expressway asphalt pavement performance evaluation less historical data,makes the administrative department of the changing rule of the asphalt pavement performance to master is not accurate,missed the best preventive maintenance timing;(2)diseases is differ,curing measures variety,different subject to maintenance requirements,makes the application of the curing technology is limited by a variety of,curing measures has become a complicated multi-objective decision-making problem.In order to help managers overcome the difficulties in the process of decision,choose the scientific and reasonable preventive maintenance plan,this paper made the following research work:(1)analysis the main factors affecting asphalt pavement performance decay and use the general rule of performance change;(2)analysis chongqing region types mainly early disease and the reasons,and in popularization and application of preventive maintenance technology in the chongqing area facing the challenges and opportunities to make analysis;(3)using the weighted geometric mean method to evaluate pavement performance,establish and improve the pavement performance evaluation system,combining with the chongqing road information database "small sample",the characteristics of the "uncertainty",the introduction of multi-factors grey forecasting method MGM(1,N)analyses and age,the number of cars,the intrinsic relationship between pavement performance,and predict the changetrend;(4)according to the real the decay law of pavement and the pavement performance evaluation index of the reasonable value range,divided into the most suitable preventive maintenance period of construction,displaying line of pavement preventive maintenance work and the latest line;(5)Combining with the characteristics of period of pavement diseases and selected preventive maintenance measures can effectively improve the road diseases,and introducing the multi-objective grey decision method,from quality improvement,resource conservation,environmental protection,maintenance cost control several aspects for optimizing maintenance measures;(6)Those relying on chongqing highway as an example,the multi-factors grey forecasting method change rule in pavement performance prediction in terms of applicability,classified accuracy,in the process of the curing time and use the multi-objective grey decision method to select maintenance measures,proved that the model in curing measures the feasibility in the process of decision-making.The research results show that the improved surface integral method can more accurately response to the performance evaluation of the pavement comprehensive performance.effectively combing the theory of grey system theory and multi-objective decision can help managers to accurately grasp the pavement decay rule,select the best curing time and measures,formulate scientific and effective preventive maintenance decisions. |
