| Energy supplying is the linchpin of the development of global industrialization.Since the increasing environmental pollution and the decreasing fossil energy reserve,the utilization of the renewable energy is becoming more and more valuable.Nuclear power,as a most significant component in which,the secured application technology has been engaged and improved in worldwide all along.The containment vessel applied in the synthesis experimental facility of nuclear power at Lang Fang of China,the same considerable equipment in “Hua-long One” pressurized reactor,is a critical integrated trial platform for PCS study.And the research contributes a crucial influence in the security application of the latest reactor type in China.Containment vessel(CV),as the final protective barrier in nuclear accident,high security,full containment and passive cooling is the common consensus in the field of nuclear power application.Although the nuclear power technology was introduced and absorbed by China in decades,due to the lower foundation and the shortage in synthesis research,there is still a long way to go compared to the Europe and the United States.Under this circumstances,the practical study and exploring in CV design,which is carried out for the experimental facility in Lang Fang of China,is essential for promoting the synthesis research and methodology for nuclear power application technology.The CV discussed in this dissertation,is applied in the third-generation “Hua-long One” demonstrating nuclear power plant for verification and experiments.It is erected for carrying out profound tests on the response of CV after nuclear accident,on the basis of the existing research and calculation of heat export system(PCS)in “Hua-long One”.Which can act as a verification platform for the research and development of the thermal hydraulic analysis program.Based on the characteristics of the CV,integrated with the design requirements of pressure vessel and nuclear equipment in domestic and abroad,as well as the fabrication technology,this dissertation offers a methodology of CV design for the response characteristics of the thermal outlet system(PCS)in “Hua-long One”.Firstly,based on pressure,temperature,medium,structure and working condition of the CV,this dissertation analyses the characteristics of various mechanisms,makes reasonable choices and puts forward the overall design scheme of Steel containment vessel container that meets various requirements.Secondly,according to the various structural parameters of the containment device,the calculation methods of the containment vessel head,shell body,skirt seat and equipment pass are given,and complete the strength and stability analysis.Thirdly,combined with the finite element method,analyse the structural strength and stiffness of the CV in various operating conditions by ANSYS.Based on the distribution and structural deformation,optimise the structure design for better security and lower cost.This dissertation synthetically introduces the design modus of steel CV applied in synthesis experimental facility at Langfang,and provides a valuable methodology for the subsequent researches and tests in relevant fields,which may beneficial both in theoretical research and engineering fabrication. |
