Zaohe Pumping Station, locating at the north Zaohe County, Suqian City of Jiangsu Province, is one of the sixth cascade pumping stations in South-to-North Water Transfer East Line Project, Phase I. This project is a comprehensive hydropower project, making water diversion as its main purpose and combining flood drainage and shipping together.The second Station of Zaohe Pumping is locating at the disadvantage area to earthquake-resistant, and its seismic design intensity is 8 degree. Being large-scale hydropower station, the safe operation of the second Station of Zaohe Pumping is very important. Among the hydraulic anti-seisms, hydrodynamic pressure under seismic action is one of the main loads in hydraulic structures. Study of the interactions between hydraulic structure and water is the principal subject in hydraulic anti-seism. Because the interaction of fluid-solid dynamic coupling is very complex and there is a far way for realizing the unity of theory and practice, it is very necessary to have a further study on this subject.This article summarized the pumping station development survey and Structure feature, the finite element mechanical analysis method, fluid-solid coupling research present situation as well as the siol-structure construction power mutually affects research present situation. The article analyzed and discussed the ANSYS response spectrum and the temporal analytic method, studied the hydrodynamic pressure simulation method in ANSYS, the analysis discussed the analysis method of the earth and the structure power mutually affected. The research has analyzed two development technology which based on the APDL language, has compiled solution module of the hydrodynamic pressure attachment quality, as well as the procedure of solves the structure section endogen force in ANSYS. Has studied the U fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation method and technology which base on LS-DYNA software, and carried on example calculation textual research, obtained some reference conclusion.Base on the second Station of Zaohe Pumping project on east line of northward rerouting of southern river, the article have established the pumping station,pile foundation,earth foundation three dimensional finite element analysis model, and has carried on the stress, the distortion and the earthquake responds analysis. Analyzed the has constructed situation and the normal operation situation the pumping station pump house structure stress and the displacement value and distribute situation; multi-analysis calculated the pump house structure dynamic performance and the pump house structure dynamic-load stress, dynamic displacement value and the distribute rule. Finally this article appraised the structure resistant earthquake degree and security of the second Station of Zaohe Pumping project, draws reasonable conclusion, could provide the engineering design reference.
