| With the development of urbanization in China,the pressure of transportation is also increasing.In order to alleviate the traffic pressure,China develops urban rail transit vigorously.Urban rail transit is a typical asset intensive enterprise as a means of urban public transport.With the precondition of urban economic growth and residents’ convenience,the normal operation of subway directly affects the process and quality of urbanization.In order to ensure the safe operation of urban rail transit,the maintenance of urban rail transit equipment is an important part of the enterprise.How to realize the efficient and reliable operation of urban rail transit,reduce the sudden failure and reduce the cost of equipment maintenance is an important issue for rail transit enterprises.Based on this situation,some scholars have proposed that companies use the theory of Total Production Maintenance(Total Production Maintenance.TPM)theory can improve the production efficiency of the company,reduce equipment downtime,save equipment maintenance costs,and enhance the company’s market competitiveness comprehensively.This thesis takes the T Subway Signal and Communication Center department as the research object,based on the fault data and equipment management status of the Signal and Communication Center,combined with Fishbone Diagram analysis methods,analyze the existing problems of personnel management,equipment management,system management,and process management in the department.Combining the theoretical methods of TPM with the management issues of the Signal and Communication center,starting with the implementation of full participation,maintaining and repairing models,strengthening skill training,improving rewards and punishment measures,and strengthening 6S activities,it proposes solutions to improve management issues.Through these improvement programs,it has played a very important role in improving the efficiency of daily maintenance,reducing equipment maintenance costs,improving the production and working environment and enhancing the enthusiasm of employees.Finally,the optimized management plan was applied to the production work of the pass Signal and Communication Center,and the implementation effect of the plan was evaluated.Through the comparative analysis of the failure data before and after optimization,it is verified that the TPM management method is beneficial to improve the equipment maintenance and management level of the Signal and Communication Center,and also provides a reference for other departments of the company to implement TPM management activities. |
