Applied Research Of Total Productive Maintenance In The CM Companies

Compared with many foreign manufacturing companies,there is still a big gap between the domestic manufacturing industry and the domestic advanced enterprises,which is a typical labor-intensive low-end industry.Experience shows that if manufacturing companies must maintain a strong market competitive advantage,they must attach great importance to factors such as time,cost,and quality.These factors are highly unified in the manufacturing process,and the TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)management model focuses on this issue.Factors such as time,cost,and quality in the production process of a manufacturing company are effectively controlled and improved.Firstly,based on the analysis of the background of CM company's implementation of TPM management mode,the dissertation studies the overall plan,implementation process and specific points of CM company's implementation of TPM management from the aspects of TPM management activity organization,TPM implementation system,policies and objectives.The dissertation focuses on the effects of CM company's implementation of TPM management activities from the aspects of equipment comprehensive benefit,equipment failure rate,MTTR(Mean Time To Repair)and MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure).Finally,the dissertation summarizes the insufficiency of CM company's implementation of TPM,including: the company's own lack of overall resources;employees' lack of understanding of TPM;TPM corresponding supporting evaluation mechanism still needs to be improved;TPM work is too wide;the organization is not perfect;training Work needs to be improved.Suggestions for improvement of these deficiencies include four parts: TPM management organization improvement plan,TPM rationalization proposal improvement,TPM equipment management information system and TPM comprehensive training work.The thesis has a certain theoretical guidance and practical significance for the management of production equipment in the same industry through the study of the application of TPM in company CM,and provides a certain reference.
