Along with the urbanization in recent years,China's construction market further opening,emerged a large number of small and medium construction enterprises,the proportion of all construction enterprises output also increased year by year.High-growth period of gold can be as the construction market in the past,the small and medium-sized construction enterprises have to face the survival and development of all kinds of problems.Common problem is the market competition is intense,and the advantages of large construction enterprises with the aid of all kinds of resources,plunder of small and medium-sized construction enterprise market,then from the small and medium-sized construction enterprise survival space,lead to many small and medium-sized construction enterprises is unsustainable.While the formulation and implementation strategy can make the enterprise the management systematic,scientific,rationalization,relationship to the enterprise survival and development in the future.In this paper,by means of literature reading,in the study methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,determine the small and medium-sized construction enterprise management strategy to the problems and reasons,and puts forward four detailed strategy:talent management,customer management strategy,the core expertise,brand management strategy.At the same time will have common problems A company as an example,targeted to solve A predicament of enterprise management strategy,in order to improve the state of A business.The author based on the analysis of a large amount of data and literature,for small and medium-sized construction enterprises from the Angle of the four specific strategies are systematically described,the feasibility of the implementation of countermeasures are put forward.Work for small and medium-sized construction enterprise management provides the strong realistic meaning of guidance theory and the management direction,but also provide reference for related theory research.Through the case analysis of the operational strategies of A company,not only for the development of A company has A positive pushing effect and expand,in the same industry operation and management of small andmedium-sized construction enterprises has the practical significance of reference.
