With China’s successful accession to the WTO,this turning point across the ages has to some extent become an opportunity for the transformation and development of our enterprises.However,under the planned economy,a large part of our enterprises,there are many problems in its internal management,especially in the small and medium-sized private enterprises,and the entry into the WTO also puts forward higher-level challenges and requirements for its development.In this kind of Business performance management,under the influence of Chinese traditional culture,we still lack the concept of keeping pace with the times,the way of adapting to local conditions and the management level of execution,which will undoubtedly affect the survival and development of small and medium-sized private enterprises under the market economy system.Performance Management has a history of nearly 100 years since it was put forward.It is a relatively mature and effective way of enterprise management,which helps employees form a positive working attitude,stimulates employees’ creativity,and provides a platform for fair promotion,to increase the sense of belonging,sense of mission,so that the enterprise’s internal twist into a rope,the formation of synergy to improve the external market competitiveness and occupancy rate,to achieve economic benefits of the leap.Therefore,performance management can be said to be the key step of human resource management in modern enterprises.Since the 21st century,great progress has been made in science,technology and social economy.The quality of life and happiness of Chinese residents have improved significantly,and they have gradually stepped into a well-off society and realized their "Chinese Dream".As the daily basic means of transportation for the masses,automobiles are also the basic needs of people’s material satisfaction.However,with the increasing demand for automobiles,the competition in the automobile industry is increasing,and the major automobile brands are constantly improving their service and quality to seize market share,which hinders the development prospects of the automobile market.The management and sales of 4S stores of all brands are facing unprecedented challenges.The 4S stores of major automobile brands rank among the large,medium and small cities in China,and have obvious advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized private enterprises.Under the fierce competition at home and abroad,4S stores of major brands pay more attention to their own management and marketing.under the situation of declining sales volume and reduced profits,the internal contradictions of 4S stores are highlighted,which are mainly reflected in financial management,marketing,customer management and performance implementation.if they are not improved in time,they will easily be eliminated by the market.therefore,in order to strengthen the management of4 S stores,we must find an effective performance management system to help enterprises.Taking the performance management system optimization of automobile sales as an example,this paper selects a small 4s automobile sales enterprise with relatively sound system as an example,at the same time,combining with other similar Business performance management systems and various new modern performance management theories and concepts,a series of problems existing in the implementation of the performance management of the enterprise are deeply discussed and analyzed,the optimization scheme is selected according to the problem.Based on the statistical data of the results of the performance management survey,accurate job analysis is the cornerstone to improve the execution and efficiency of the modules of performance planning,program implementation,process monitoring,performance appraisal and application of performance results,thus the original performance management system complement,optimize,improve,constitute a set of more scientific,complete,practical strong performance management system,draw up a long-term development of the enterprise performance management guarantee program.This case study,whether in theory or in practice,has practical significance and application value for similar enterprises to establish and optimize their own performance management system.In addition,this paper optimizes and applies the extant performance management system model of the theoretical circle to XD enterprises,optimizes the existing performance management methods of XD enterprises,and promotes the management level of XD enterprises,even the optimization of China’s small and medium sized private Business performance management has a high reference value.
