Research On Supplier Quality Management System Of H Company

With the development of auto industry,its division of labor is increasingly specialized and refined,more and more auto parts are produced by suppliers.China's auto parts industry started late,and the situation is complicated.Although many domestic parts suppliers have passed the certification of ISO/TS16949,the overall quality management system is at risk of failure.How to evaluate the supplier quality management system objectively and effectively is the subject of automobile industry development.As a joint venture,H company has the same problems in supplier management.In this paper,combining the experience in H company itself and H company's operation performance,on the basis of relevant theories for H company to build a practical and effective auto parts supplier quality management system effectiveness evaluation method.It can not only provide reference for H company to select suppliers,but also provide tools to find problems for the suppliers of auto parts in its system,and promote its improvement of quality management level.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research are elaborated and analyzed.Then introduces the related to the development of quality management system,on this basis for the supplier quality system effectiveness evaluation theory in detail,which provides theoretical basis for study of the paper.The research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad are reviewed in detail in the field of quality management system evaluation.The present situation of China's auto parts industry and the status of the quality management system of domestic parts suppliers are analyzed.At the same time combined the actual work of H company in supplier quality system evaluation system running status in detail,by running the actual analysis of H company in supplier quality system evaluation,the existing problems and the reasons.On the basis of above,a perfect evaluation index system for quality management system of auto parts supplier is established for H company.The effectiveness evaluation model of quality management system is established by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process,and the detailed steps of evaluation are put forward.Finally,this evaluation model is applied to the empirical guidance of the evaluation of new suppliers from 2012 to 2016.The results show that this evaluation model has practical guiding significance for the evaluation of quality management system of parts supplier of H company.Finally,in the convergence problem of auto parts enterprises are analyzed on the basis of the combination of H company in supplier management performance,put forward improving the effectiveness of H company supplier quality management system and some Suggestions.
