In recent years,due to the influence of regional economic development and other factors,there are large regional differences in power supply,among which the power supply gap in North China can even reach more than 8 million KWH.The construction of substation and the subsequent renovation project are the main ways to improve the quality and quantity of power supply in the region.Substation is the most critical part of power grid construction,the quality of substation construction and technology will be directly related to the base station construction and handover of up to standard rate,good construction quality can help reduce the overall operation cost of power grid,and poor quality is the most serious waste.In this regard,the application of comprehensive control to the work can not only improve the construction quality of the substation,so that the transmission and transformation project really play the economic benefits,in the consideration of users,responsible for the masses,but also the key task of contemporary power construction.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part elaborates the research background,research purpose,research significance and research status at home and abroad,and makes comments on the research status at home and abroad to clarify the existing problems and development trend of the research at home and abroad,as well as the research contents,methods and innovation points of this paper.The second part mainly combs the relevant theories of project quality management evaluation and provides the theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.In the third part,based on the introduction of the current situation of quality management of the comprehensive transformation project of Wankai 35 kV substation,the method of project quality management is clarified.The fourth part is mainly about the construction of the quality management evaluation model of substation comprehensive reconstruction project,from the construction ideas and principles of the project quality management evaluation index system,determining the evaluation index,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index,to the construction of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and consistency test.The fifth part analyzes the quality management evaluation case of Wankai 35 kV substation project,USES AHP to determine the index weight,and finally obtains the evaluation result.The sixth part,aiming at the current situation of quality management of wankai 35 kV substation comprehensive renovation project,proposes improvement Suggestions from five aspects,including personnel quality,engineering materials,machinery and equipment,construction quality management and environmental condition control.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.This paper USES literature research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combining with the form of combination than open the actual situation of 35 kv substation comprehensive renovation project,clear the influence factors of project quality management,by building than a 35 kv substation integrated renovation project quality management evaluation system,to evaluate the engineering quality management,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions,to promote the use of this method in the future as reference.
