Automobile is an industry with intensive technology and capital,which require a huge investment and a long industrial chain and will promote the ecomomic growth of region and country obviously.China auto market have an explosive growth from 2009,in order to get more market share,most of foreign brand accelerate the progress of localization.Under backgroup of this market,D company,as the join venture of the 2nd largest car maker in Europe and the 4th largest car maker in China,was setted up in the end of 2011,with a total investment about 10 billions.It engage in the France premium brand DS localization in China,the target to to win the market share in China premium auto market.As we know,the product competiveness of the vehicle will decide whether a brand can survive and develop and the the supplier management capability will decide the product competiveness.So,the car maker will focus on the supplier KPI evaluation system.They prefer to bulid an effective supplier KPI evaluation system to get the ralative advantage in cost,quality,technology and delivery and realize supplier survival of the fittest.Facing the large supplier system,most of large car maker prefer to set up a unified supplier KPI evaluation indicators to evalu all supplier,but ignore the status of subdivision supply market which supplier dedicate to,and the profitability value contribution for the enterprise.Based on purchasing management and supplier KPI evaluation rorrelation theory,this paper choose D company as the study object,focus on the status of supplier KPI evaluation,summarize the existed problem:1st,the unified evaluation standard is divorced from the reality.2nd,the weight of indicators rely on subjective decision,lack of scientific basis.3rd,the result of evaluation is not objectivite,the improvement is difficult to be launched.According to the problem above,this paper propose to set up an diversity supplier KPI evaluation system based on supplier classification,but not only a unified supplier KPI evaluation for all supplier.Based on this logic.this paper optimize the existed unified supplier KPI evaluation system.First,to position and classify supplier based on the dimensionalities of profitability value contribution and supply market risk by ABC classification and Kraljic matrix analysis.Then,to optimize the supplier KPI evaluation system for each kind of supplier by AHP analysis,and try to summarize the management principle for 4 kinds of supplier.Finally,to analize and review the result of supplier KPI evaluation system optimization...
